Below is a list of our favoured suppliers and a description of what they do. We can work with these companies on your behalf if you so wish, to take away any unneccesary burden on your special day
Co-ordination are a hire company, that can hire out linen, china, glassware, bespoke dancefloors, extra tables and seating and so much more. If you require some extra special Champage flutes or cocktail glasses, a black and white dance floor or some brightly coloured linen, we can arrange for Co-ordination to supply, deliver, and return all of this for your special day.
JMD provide all the extras for your wedding. They have made bespoke chair covers for our restaurant chairs, and we have negotiated a special rate with them for provision and fitting of the covers to your specification. All you need to do is choose the colour and material of the sash. They can also hire out:-

Gary Roebuck is a very artistic photographer, and has shot many a wedding at the Langham. He can do pre-wedding shoots, all the way through to a "trash the dress" shoot after the wedding.
Catherine is a very talented bespoke stationary designer. She can create all you need, from invitations & order of service all the way through to table plans, place cards and Thank you notes.
Rod is a multi-talented musician and performer. He provides the hotel with "lounge piano" to set a relaxing atmosphere. He can also provide ceremonial music for your ceremony, including composition of a bespoke piece for you if you cannot decide on that all important piece of music.
