We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you and your staff for all the hard work they put in before, during and after our wedding. Mr Coy, the General Manager was such a professional, taking care of every last little detail, even telling us "Stop! Go and enjoy yourselves, we have this under control". And indeed he did. The day ran like clockwork and everything was perfect.
The food was as expected, absolutely amazing, it was exactly as the tasting that we attended with the Head Chef, everybody who attended was very impressed.
I think for us the most important thing that we noticed, only after we returned from our Honeymoon, was the aftercare. All our presents were stored safely away, the equipment that we had hired had not only been returned, but returned clean and in a condition that did not cost us any surcharges. We thought we were going to have to rely on family for these things, but Mr Coy and his team really did do us proud.
We would not hesitate to recommend the Langham Hotel and its staff to anyone wishing to hold their wedding there.
